Attorney John Malm has filed suit on behalf of the family of a child injured when a [Kane] county street sweeper pulled out in front of [the] family’s car, causing an accident that permanently disfigured the young girl.
But he doesn’t expect to need to take the county through a trial. “We expect that the matter will be resolved with county government,” he said. “Actually, the county has been very cooperative.”
